(a) Students studying in local post-secondary institutions MUST apply through the Student Affairs Offices/ Career Centres of their respective institutions. Direct applications from local students will NOT be considered. All students studying in local post-secondary institutions should observe the deadlines set by the Student Affairs Offices/ Career Centres of their respective institutions for application.
(b) Students studying in non-local post-secondary institutions should download the application form from Civil Services Bureau’s website
(http://www.csb.gov.hk/english/admin/appoint/files/Standard_Application_Form.doc). The completed application form together with (i) a reference letter issued by the appropriate authority of their post-secondary institutions certifying their student status in the institution, (ii) copies of relevant certificates and (iii) academic transcripts should be submitted to the following enquiry address by post or by email to
[email protected] on or before the closing date for application (the postmark date on the envelope will be regarded as the date of application). Applicants should clearly specify the post title being applied for on the envelope/ in the email.
For effective and timely delivery of mails, all senders are required to ensure that their posted mail items are affixed with sufficient postage. Mail items bearing insufficient postage will not reach us and will be handled by the Hongkong Post in accordance with the Post Office Ordinance.
Late applications or applications with incomplete or unclear information will NOT be considered. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation within 2 to 4 weeks from the closing date for application. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
