Application on form G.F. 340 (Rev. 3/2013)* together with a letter from the applicant (stating in detail why he/she considers himself/herself suitable for the post and the responsibilities which he/she has undertaken since appointment to a senior administrative and managerial position in his/her previous/current organisation(s)) should reach Chief Executive Officer (Financial Services), Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (Financial Services Branch), 24/F., Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, either by post or submitted in person to the aforesaid address, or by e-mail to
[email protected] not later than 11 September 2020**. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation within three to five weeks from the closing date for application. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

Mail items bearing insufficient postage will not be delivered to the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (Financial Services Branch) and will be returned to the sender or disposed of by the Hongkong Post, where appropriate. Applicants will bear any consequences arising from paying insufficient postage. Applications submitted by fax will not be accepted.
