Application Forms [G.F.340 (Rev.3/2013)] are obtainable from any Home Affairs Enquiry Centres of District Offices, Home Affairs Department or Job Centres of Employment Services Division, Labour Department. The form can also be downloaded from http://www.csb.gov.hk.
Completed application forms submitted by post should reach the contact address below on or before 3 September 2020. Applicants should also provide a detailed account of their relevant working experience in a prescribed Supplementary Information Sheet (SIS) which can be downloaded from OFCA’s homepage at https://www.ofca.gov.hk/en/about_us/job/index.html. Please specify on the envelope “Application for the post of Regulatory Affairs Manager”. To avoid delayed or unsuccessful delivery of applications by post, please ensure the correct address is clearly printed or written on the envelope and sufficient postage has been affixed before posting. Mail items bearing insufficient postage will not be delivered to OFCA and will be returned to the sender or disposed of by HK Post where appropriate. Applicants will bear any consequences arising from paying insufficient postage. The postmark date on the envelope will be regarded as date of submission of application.
Applicants may also apply online through http://www.csb.gov.hk. Applicants who apply online should submit SIS by post to the contact address below or send scanned copy of SIS to the email address (
[email protected]) on or before 10 September 2020. The online application number should be quoted in the email or on the envelope and every page of SIS. Applicants are not required to submit supporting documents for local qualifications and working experience at this stage. They are required to produce supporting documents if being invited to attend the written test or interview.
Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from HK institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) should submit copies of their official transcripts /certificates on or before 10 September 2020 by mail or email to the contact address below. Candidates who apply online should quote the online application number on the envelope and every page of the supporting documents.
Applications which are late or incomplete, not made in G.F.340., submitted by fax or email, or without attaching or with late submission of SIS and supporting documents (if applicable) after the specified deadline, may NOT be considered.
Applicants are encouraged to provide their email addresses on the application forms. Candidates who are selected for written test will normally receive an invitation (by email or by post) in about eight weeks from the closing date of application. Those who are not invited for written test may assume their applications are unsuccessful.
